Paul Nicholas
Creative Director
Paul founded Bait and oversees the studio’s creative output and leads the design process on all the studio’s design projects. He’s been into cycling since before everyone got into cycling.
Helen Pooler
Production Manager (Motion Design)
Helen runs the studio and makes sure our motion design projects are delivered on time and to budget. Prior to joining Bait she worked for Tidy Productions (Stella, The Great Outdoors). She is also an accomplished photographer.
Francesca Fornoni
Senior Motion Designer
Fran is an established member of our design team, who is comfortable collaborating with others or leading projects herself. She has studied both Visual Communication and Animation and her work encompasses a variety of styles.
